New grinding machine for high precision and high capacity

Stork Gears & Services recently expanded its Machine department with an advanced CNC grinding machine: Danobat HG-72 4000. Danobat is a leading manufacturer of universal grinding solutions. The Danobat HG-72 cylindrical grinding machine has been developed to achieve optimal grinding solutions for e.g. maritime equipment, (wind) power generation equipment and electric motor industies. These market segments have the highest demand for precision and reliability associated with large part sizes. With this new grinding machine we are able to grind large shafts and gears with the highest precision, quality and reliability. By increasing our grinding capacity, our customers will also benefit from even faster delivery times. Technical details Danobat HG-72 Depending on the process requirements, different type of wheels can be used on the wheel head. This configuration results in the HG-72 being a fully universal machine for external, face, internal and external taper grinding operations. Distance between centres is 4000mm and maximum workpiece grinding diameter is 640mm. See the table below. |
