Inspection resulted in repair of the three turbines under DNV classification in the shortest possible timeframe, followed by on-site commissioning. Scope of work On-site inspection Re-blading of rotor Repair of diapraghms by precision welding and blending Manufacture of new journal bearings, labyrinths and gears On-site installation and testrun with vibration monitoring and radial shaft displacement Stork provided the customer with the fastest possible delivery time enabling the client to stay on schedule. The vessel has been operating the three turbines without problems for 2 years now. All repairs were completed under DNV classification within 4 months.
