Recently we invested in a new CNC boring and milling machine of Tos Varnsdorf. This new machine - the WHN 13 CNC- is the most successful machine in the production range of Tos and can be found on the world's most demanding markets. This horizontal boring and milling machine tool is designed for precise milling, coordinate boring and complicated workpieces with a weight of up to 12,000 kg. The machine is controlled continuously in four linear coordinates X, Y, Z, W by a powerful HeidenHain Contouring Control system - iTNC 530. This innovative system mills your workpieces faster then ever with the highest contour accuracy and reliability. The machine will be commissioned in September 2007. Our machine workshop will be expanded with a new factory hall. |
