Our gear specialists have access to the most modern equipment and innovative tools. The work is thus performed more efficiently. It enables us to offer our customers the fastest gearbox repair worldwide, always with a high level of quality and knowledge.
Service Department Our Service Department has a wide range of specialised tools in order to determine the condition of the gearbox. These tools consist for example of a 250 ton vertical hydraulic press. Using our full service mobile workshop we offer onsite gearbox overhauls and damage analysis. Read more
Machine Department Our Machine Department has a large machine park for mechanical manipulations. We can give work items for gearboxes the following treatment here: (CNC) vertical and horizontal turning, (CNC) boring and milling, grinding and slotting of keyways. Read more
Gear cutting Department Our Gear cutting department has a number of technologically high quality gear-grinding banks, gear milling machines and slotting machines. An independent measurement of the gearing quality is done on two measuring machines. Read more
Laser cladding Department Our Laser cladding Department focuses on innovation and improving efficiency. Laser cladding can be used for the protection against wear, corrosion of new components and the repair of damaged components.
